Description:

The Bilingual Client Relations Representative is part of the Service Management team within the call centre from 8:30pm-5:00pm Monday – Friday. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years’ experience in the Financial Industry, and worked in a call centre environment with both inbound and outbound calling experience.

 

Duties and responsibilities:

  • Responsible for answering all inbound calls and making all outbound calls in both English and French

  • Respond to phone inquiries, and email inquiries from members and sponsors

  • Responsible for participating in online chats initiated through the member website

  • Prepare trade tickets for withdrawal requests, transfers and deposits

  • Responsible for data cleanup for any new or existing accounts

  • Open new accounts and ensure KYC documentation is up to date

  • Responsible for member asset consolidation

  • Assist in offsite implementation sessions when required

 

Desired Competencies:

  • Fluent speaking in French and English

  • Exceptional customer service orientation

  • IFIC Sales/Operations and/or CSC designation

  • Undergraduate/graduate degree

  • Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools

  • Great attention to detail

  • Very organized, excellent communication and presentation skills, works well under pressure

  • Team player with the ability to build strong relationships externally and internally
