As the coronavirus (COVID-19) situation continues to evolve and pose unique challenges to individuals and businesses alike, the health and safety of our clients, staff and communities continues to be our top priority. Having been deemed an essential service by the Ontario provincial government, our business remains open. We have however taken additional precautions to ensure everyone’s continued health and well-being.
Some of these precautions include suspending onsite visits to clients as well as transitioning our staff to work remotely. Despite these changes, we continue to be available to serve our clients’ needs electronically and via phone and fax.
Please consult our “Contact Us” page to find out how you can reach our team by email, phone or fax. Note that RRSP and TFSA contributions can be made electronically through your bank’s website or mobile app using the bill payment service. You can learn more about this here.
Since most of our staff are now temporarily working remotely, any courier or Canada Post deliveries will not be processed under our usual timelines. Please contact our Clients Relations team for alternative methods to electronically send material.
